RUMOR: BARCELONA MAKES A BIG SIGNING.

Reports from a close source have announce that Barcelona have sign Neymar from Paris Saint-German.

Barcelona tried their best to sign the Brazilian back last summer but both parties could not complete a deal. Report claimed that Barcelona have officially signed Neymar in a swap deal of Coutinho + Rakitic and an amount of £40m.
